About Me

I am a full-stack engineer from the Greater New York Area working in Javascript, Python, HTML, CSS, Express, React, Node and whatever other technologies the job calls for. Before making the transition to tech, I worked as a professional musician in New York City, performing with Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, touring and recording in Sydney, Australia, and teaching young aspiring musicians at a non-profit music education program. I am a proud graduate of Princeton University, General Assembly's Software Engineering Immersive, and have even spent a little time at Oxford University conducting independent research. My ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and work autonomously make me a great candidate for any team looking for a new collaborator.

A full-stack application that matches musicians and event planners. Built with MongoDB, Express, React, Hooks, and Node. Leveraged nested models and routes to create a custom match-making experience for users.

A full-stack social network application that allows developers to share their thoughts. Built with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node as a part of a collaborative effort between 2 other developers. 

Songcircle

A full-stack application for music lovers built with MongoDB, Express, Node, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Users can sign up and share what songs they are listening to. 

Tic-Tac-Toe

A front-end game application build with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap. Users can perform basic authentication and interact with a responsive game-board build with custom logic.

Software Engineering Immersive

Built 3 full stack applications using Javascript, HTML, CSS, MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.
Oversaw front and back end development in a team project with 2 other engineers remotely.
Responsibilities included project planning, developing user stories, front and backend system design, managing Git/Github workflow, code reviews, debugging, and pair programming.

Build and maintain internal tools to aggregate ML training data.
Own full software development life cycle of web app built with React/Django managing 0.5 M records in Postgres database.
Perform automated testing with Django testing framework, Jest, React Testing Library, Mock Service Worker, and Cypress.
Assist CTO with CI/CD pipeline builds, including troubleshooting production configurations and resource allocation.

Toured and recorded in countries including the USA, UK, Italy, Australia, and Indonesia.
